Matt Doherty has picked Harry Kane as the most talented teammate he's played with, edging out the likes of Antoine Griezmann, Son Heung-min and Matheus Cunha. The Wolves defender made the revelation during a 'Sticker Book Challenge,' where he had to select his favourites from various categories related to his football career. Doherty highlighted Kane's exceptional passing range and the incredible partnership he formed with Son at Tottenham as reasons for his decision.

Doherty's choice underscores the high regard in which Kane is held by his peers. The England captain, now at Bayern Munich, is renowned for his goalscoring prowess, but Doherty's emphasis on his passing ability and playmaking highlights the forward's all-round game. Doherty also admitted his 'slight regret' that he 'wasn't able to perform the way I did previously' during his time at Spurs.
WHAT DOHERTY SAID
Doherty told Sky Sports: "It's got to be Harry. That period under Antonio [Conte], he had a better passing range than [Kevin] De Bruyne at the time. Some of the things that he was able to do, he was scoring, assisting and him and Sonny were just doing incredible things. I'm probably a little bit biased because he's a friend, but yeah, Harry Kane has gone in as top teammate."
AFPWHAT NEXT FOR DOHERTY AND KANE?
Doherty will be focused on continuing his impressive form for Wolves, who have won six games in a row to comfortably escape the Premier League relegation conversation, when they take on Manchester City on Friday night. Kane, meanwhile, will hope his Bayern side can wrap up the Bundesliga title this weekend, though he won't be able to play due to suspension.
